2.0TGDI Engine
While the Executive and Distinction models each use a 145 kW/290 Nm turbocharged 1.6-litre, 4-cylinder petrol engine, the Max scores a turbocharged 2.0-litre mill with the same number of cylinders, but generating substantially higher peak outputs of 187 kW and 390 Nm. As with its Tiggo 8 Pro siblings, the Max’s engine drives the front axle through a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission.
Technology
The Tiggo 8 Pro Max offers all of the features of the Executive model, including items such as adaptive cruise control, a full array of advanced driver assistance systems, a panoramic sunroof, a 12.3-inch digital cluster, a 10.25-inch touchscreen system (with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto) and an 8-inch screen for the dual-zone climate control and other vehicle features.
